When will my order ship?
Most of our handcrafted items ship within 5-7 business days. For custom art pieces, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy for home goods?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To preserve the life of your art, we recommend hanging pieces away from direct sunlight and high-moisture areas. Dust lightly with a dry, soft cloth when needed.
Can I modify or cancel a custom order?
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed.
